Refund Policy

tweetloom is a digital service. Our refund terms are below. Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Creem.

1. Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription at any time; your access continues until the end of the current period and the next period is not charged.

Within 14 days of a new subscription period being charged, you may request a full refund if you produced no content during that period.

2. Credit packs

One-time credit packs are non-refundable, since they're added to your balance the moment they're purchased.

3. Exceptions

If a technical error caused an incorrect or duplicate charge, we'll issue a full refund. Accounts found to be abusing the service are outside the scope of refunds.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email info@tweetloom.com from your account email. Requests are usually resolved within 5 business days; approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider (Creem).

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always published on this page.
