Terms of Service

1. The service

tweetloom is an AI-powered content creation tool for X (Twitter); it generates tweets, replies, quotes, threads, and long-form content. On the Power plan, the autonomous agent 'loom' drafts content from the sources you connect — the decision to publish always stays with you.

tweetloom does not sell or resell third-party API access, API keys, or access to AI models. The service is offered solely through this web application; no programmatic access is provided.

2. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. We care about your account's security; keeping your login credentials private keeps your account safe at all times.

3. Subscriptions and credits

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Generation and actions are measured in 'credits'; each plan includes a monthly credit amount.
• Credits are solely a measure of in-app feature usage (generation type and length) — they are not in exchange for any API access, tokens, or third-party service access.
• Extra credit packs you purchase roll over if they don't fit within the month; they don't reset.
• You can cancel your subscription with one click at any time; your access continues until the end of the current period.

4. Acceptable use

Keeping tweetloom safe and useful for everyone is a shared priority. So while using the service, we ask that you avoid:

• Generating illegal, hateful, or harassing content.
• Spamming or fraudulently overusing the service.
• Attempting to copy the service or breach its security.

Making sure the content you publish complies with X (Twitter)'s rules keeps your account healthy and long-lived.

5. Content and intellectual property

The content you create with the service belongs to you, and you can use it however you wish.

Reviewing and finalizing each piece before publishing is entirely up to you — so everything you publish goes out in your voice and with your approval.

6. X (Twitter) integration

Connecting your X account is entirely your choice, and the connection is established securely via official OAuth authorization. You can remove the connection from settings at any time.

7. Closing your account

You can close your account at any time. To keep the community safe, we reserve the right to take necessary steps in the event of a serious breach of these terms.

8. Changes

As the service evolves, we may update these terms; we'll notify you in advance of any significant change.
